Without their care, he could not stay in his own home. The carers I have seen have always been pleasant and polite and my father enjoys their visits. The service from Triple Diamond is reliable. I live some distance from my father but if I ever have a query about his welfare, it is answered quickly. On the occasions when my father has been admitted to hospital, the care agency has liaised with ward staff to facilitate his speedy and safe return home.
